Domains Are A Great Internet Investment

I've been saying it for a few years now - domains are like Real Estate - they are a surefire long term investment in my opinion. I was kicking around a few different sites this morning and noticed a few things. I've never sold a domain but think I am ready to let go of a few I own. I'm looking at auction sites (average 20% commission) and flat out "buy it now" pricing. I'm also on a couple of lists that send me offers of recently expired domains and flat rate pricing. Verisign just released their latest report (get report) Among it's findings:  33% of domains don't resolve to a multipage website!  That means fully one third of registered domains don't have any web pages at all or are parked.  Out of all the parked ones you better believe a whole bunch of them are for sale.  Contact me for more information on where to buy expired domains and resellers of used registered domains.  I can also give you some tips on registering new domains and how keywords can affect their worth.
